Watchgamefilm.com is a great coaching tool for all youth sports. I use it for football, basketball and soon lacrosse.
It allows my team access to their website to view our game videos. With field and practice time at a premium, this service allows parents and players to view the game videos on their time at their leisure. They can look for great plays as well as mistakes.
We learn from mistakes and this is how my players get that much needed visual confirmation. It also gives the parents some ownership in the process and helps them contribute to the team, just by watching the videos with their sons and looking for areas he can improve upon.
